The Origins of Bob the Prawn
Bob the Prawn is a one-of-a-kind children’s book that emerged organically from an 8-year old’s Year 4 speech at Omokoroa No.1 Primary School in the Bay of Plenty in 2019. With help from the some adults during the pandemic lockdown, it was turned into a bright and colourful picture book in 2020.
Self-published, Bob the Prawn has now sold over 550 copies. All profits go towards the funding authors love of fishing (naturally) and karting.
